Cosy Homes in Lancashire

Green Rose is proud to be a delivery partner for Cosy Homes in Lancashire (CHiL), the council-backed retrofit programme delivering government-funded home energy schemes - including the Warm Homes: Local Grant - across the county. 

Through this partnership, we support eligible households to access funded retrofit, including; building fabric improvements , low carbon heating, energy generation and battery storage. These are all delivered to current government retrofit standards (PAS 2035) by TrustMark-registered installers. Our role spans outreach, initial advice, eligibility support and aftercare, ensuring residents are guided clearly and confidently to take control of their home energy. 

This partnership demonstrates how we, as a specialist, independent advice provider, can strengthen the delivery of large-scale, publicly-funded retrofit schemes.
