Green Rose proudly delivers the Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) across North Lancashire, funded by AgilityEco on behalf of participating energy suppliers. LEAP provides free energy and money-saving advice to low-income and vulnerable households, of any tenure, including free energy efficiency measures such as LED lightbulbs and radiator panels, delivered through home visits and phone consultations. 

LEAP is one of Green Rose's longest-running services. We've supported a large number of households through the scheme, helping residents resolve issues with energy suppliers and connecting them to further support.
